In this chapter we looked at the vast difference between print writing and writing across multiple medias. The first thing that is vital in this type of writing is conciseness. We must be concise in our presentation of information and opinion. On many websites, the text must compete with images, video, and other media for time in the users mind.
This is brings about another need in the multimedia writing experience. It has to be user focused. We must always keep the user in mind and thus it needs to be a concise, guided, simple, and straight-forward journey to the center of what we are trying to convey.
